No Cancellations After Dispatch
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Return & Exchange
We do not offer refunds. Return or exchange is only possible in specific cases of damage during delivery, and only for a replacement of the same product or a product of equal value.
Mandatory: 360° Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any exchange, you must record a clear 360-degree video while unboxing the product from a sealed package. This video is essential to verify any damage or missing items.
Shipping Responsibility
If your case qualifies for an exchange, return shipping (RTO) is your responsibility. A flat 10% of the total order value will be charged to cover reverse logistics.
Return Window
Must be raised within 7 days from delivery date.
24-Hour Rule
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange Timelines
If approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 1–2 working days after receiving the returned item.
